Problem
When I joined the team, the platform was already in place but required a fresh, modern look. Additionally, its navigation lacked logical structure and ease of use. I conducted a comprehensive audit, identified key issues, and provided actionable recommendations for improvement.

Solution
As the company expanded by releasing new features—such as courses, challenges, a resource library, and webinars—we undertook a complete revamp of the entire platform. We completely rethought the main tasks users performed, making their experience on the platform clear and intuitive. The new design also helped establish the image of a 'serious company' that users could trust. Additionally, we introduced gamification and rewards to motivate users to spend more time on the platform.
